What do I do if little or no cleaner comes out when I pull the trigger? |
 |
| A: |
When you first attach a new bottle of Clorox® Advanced Floor Cleaner to the mop, you may have to pull the trigger several times to begin the flow of the cleaner through the nozzle. If the problem persists, check to make sure that all of the pieces of the mop are tightly assembled and that the cleaner bottle is clicked into place in the bottle holder. Also, make sure that the nozzle has been properly threaded through the opening in the mop head and is clicked securely in place on the front of the mop head. Finally, check to see if the pad is blocking the nozzle, and make sure the cleaner bottle is not empty. |

| Q: |
What should I do if the mop leaks? |
 |
| A: |
Check to see that the bottle connector is screwed on tightly to the bottle. Also make sure that the pad is not blocking the nozzle and that the nozzle is clicked securely in place on the front of the mop head. |
